When you bring your pet to stay with us in our care, we want to make sure you feel confident in knowing your pet is in the best care possible. Any information about your pet's stay or appointment with us, will be sent directly to you at your best point of contact provided so we can maintain the highest amount of transparency between us.
Please be aware of the following terms & conditions below so we can all have the best, easiest, and happiest experience possible.
Booking Requirements
- All services offered are required to have a meet & greet before a booking is made with us to ensure the compatibility & comfort between us, you and your pets!
- If for some reason there is no available time slots that works for you to book a meet & greet, please contact me directly either via email (contactjust4paws@gmail.com) or through our website chat bot ( small message bubble at bottom of each website page), and I will contact you back as soon as possible to coordinate a day and time that works best for us both!
- All bookings must be submitted at least a minimum of 3 days prior to their requested service dates.
- All Doggy Day Care & Boarding dates booked must be paid for in full prior to their requested service days.
Cancellations and Refunds
- We must be informed a minimum of 5 days before a cancellation or no show of a Doggy Day Care, or Boarding booking with us so the amount paid can be refunded in full. You are welcome to rebook again for dates that work better for you and your pet! Any notification received after the 5 day window will have a risk of a 20% fee not being refunded back to the client for time & services set aside for your booking that was not completed.
Point Of Contact
- If there are any disruptions with the website or booking platform, please contact our email at " contactjust4paws@gmail.com" to receive any updates on your pets stay or appointment with us, and we will receive any and all point of contact through there.
Payments
- For any E-Transfer payments for your pets bookings with us, please always make note of your confirmation number to keep it for reference that payments have been received in full! We will NOT refund any payments of any kind for a booking or service if we have actually not received a payment for one.
- Once a service request has been confirmed and service days have been agreed upon and our pet parents would like to move forwards with payment, we will provide our E-Transfer details to you so all information is kept confidential and secure!
- If any other form of payment besides an E-Transfer that has been agreed upon ( Example, Cash), we accept this too if the pet parent would prefer that form instead, and we can provide proof of payment for you if needed or requested for yours and our records( Example: E-Receipts).
Safety
- At Just4Paws we do not tolerate any form of aggressive, malicious or agitated bits of communication! We will decline any booking or service we offer if any negative communications or actions are presented to us. We understand sometimes leaving your pets can be stressful, but we will do everything in our power to maintain a level of confidence with you so you know your pets are safe and happy during their time with us.
- We will be also providing extra safety precautions for your pet(s) inside and outside the home, as well as being equipped with safety tracking devices to log their location at all times. This information will also be shared with the owners as well.
- We have the right to turn away clients who have a pet that may not be well behaved around other animals or humans alike and can be seen as a potential flight risk if an incident has happened with their pets prior to being in our care.
- Unless stated by each owner and are both comfortable with the option, we will only take 1 dog at a time for boarding or doggy day care to ensure the safety of each pet that will be staying with us!
